Our Mission Statement
EMYT is a personal sanctuary of healing and the pure joy of simple movement practice through yoga therapy. We focus on nervous system down regulation and learning to listen and communicate clearly within our bodies. This can be felt physically, emotionally, spiritually, energetically, cognitively and many various other descriptions that each individual will 'feel what they feel'. I guide and teach each individual to feel the communication from the nervous system to optimize your simple movements in a way that is supportive to your daily needs. Each person will find their own individual senses and sensations, proprioception (where you are in space) by way with interoception (feeling where you are in space with/through sensation). This supports each individual to reconnect to themselves from all the noise and constant distraction of the world around us.
