We wlll be collaborating in a group setting on Zoom with simple movement to find ease.  Ease within movement.  Ease within stillness.  Articulation of joints speak language and we listen to what it says.  Then we choose how you move to support you and lessen pain.  Yoga Therapy sessions are nervous system down regulation.  A wonderful treatment to any kind of stress, illness or accidental injury. 

In Spring 2025 Yoga Therapists are currently scheduled to be licensed and able to be billed to private insurance, ICBC or Worksafe.  This is all very exciting and extremely important to healing and soothing what ails you.  This next step in healthcare will be a game changer for countless humans.
