1:1 sessions are geared towards specific needs for you.  This process is rehabilitative and supportive of a soothed nervous system and improved neural muscular patterning.

Have you ever considered 'how you move' can be the cause of whatever ails you?  This is your neural muscular patterning.  While this can be a deep rabbit hole it's worthy of your time and patience.
