Valuable questions to ask yourself..........

Valuable questions to ask yourself..........

What barriers have you built for yourself and are they similar to a military bootcamp training? Are they thoughts that circulate and keep you up all hours of the night?  Are they ‘benign-ish statements’ that sneak into your verbiage and invisibly beat you down?  Are they moments of self sabotage with choices in people, places and things(attachments)?  Part of being human for sure………

We all do these things to some varying degree in different ways throughout our lives, ongoing.  This is part of the ebbs and flows of the human experience.  I do what I do; partly due to my doing these things enough to make me take notice(that’s a lot of doing in one sentence).  The more you teach the more often you hear, see and feel the signs of how we self care(treat ourselves) or not……it certainly supports me in continuing my self care and direction.  For that I am grateful.  Apparently, I needed lots of this information often.  Lots of lived experience I suppose.

Ultimately, what have you put in the way of you?  What have you chosen over you by continuing to limit/block yourself?  What has become the beacon of who you present to the world as your MO(Modus Operandi)?  Are you presenting you?  Or are you masking?  Is this the genuine you that presents with maximum Ojas/Qi/Prana in reserves?  Is this the you ready to take on your passion with reason and a grounded sense of yourself?  Maybe it's not and that’s perfectly ok.  Lived experience can give you wisdom even with the choices that we may individually consider unwise for ourselves.  This is still all subjective for sure.  These questions are still worth a gander!

While there are laws and regulations, ultimately the remaining things not governed by those laws and regulations are up to each individual as to how they handle them.  Do they fall under self care or self harm?  Does it serve your greater purpose with your lived experience?

Lots of questions thrown out there, yes.  Come connect to this if you've found yourself disconnected.  Maybe you cannot feel anything at all.  Who knows where you are in this subject matter, it doesn’t really matter because it's about you and where you are now in your being and doing.  You’re not broken.  You do not need to be fixed.  Supported in simplifying and feeling………that’s a vast subject matter that is complicated until it’s not.  We are all different.
