An NDE experience and the impact..........

In my lifetime, I have witnessed/lived/explored through incredibly glorious and challenging events at the hands of myself/others by vehicle, weaponry, actions, hands and words. I once lived through what is called NDE(near death experience) and returned with a feeling that I still to this day cannot fully describe in words. I see it and I feel it as if it were just a moment ago…… I know that I am not alone in this and have spoken with many like me. In fact, maybe you have this in common with me. I'd love to hear about it if you're ok to share either here or on DM me.
What I have found in common with most NDE Survivors I have spoken with was the feeling of sensations and connection of energy around us in the experience itself. Afterwards, the feeling that being alive is the greatest gift of this life. And that any day above ground is a day worth living. You might as well dive in and find a way towards your calling. We all have a different part to play.
What is your calling? What part do you want to play? What part do you think you are supposed to play? What barriers have you built?(That’s a big subject, maybe another day) What does your nervous system tell you? What does your gut say?
It helps to know there is a balance between the thinking mind and the feeling body. One dominating the other throws things out of balance. Use the Ying Yang symbol to imagine how that would look in your mind or feel in your hands. This duality and all the dualities of the universe are in constant motion. (This does not stop for anyone)
NDEs commonly have the willingness/desire to do what we really want out of this human existence. (It doesn’t mean we always did either!) NDEs have learned that time is NOT a renewable resource allowing us to fully embrace moments ongoing. That too is a complicated subject, time.
Embracing it through word and actions are not the same thing. NDEs seem to instinctively know how to live every moment as if it were our last. Really knowing it with ever fibre of your being is quite a boost of immunity and energy.
That very simple divide in experience can also make it challenging to relate to others who have not had an NDE and it can feel isolating. There again lies the duality of human existence.
