What a wonderful Grand Opening........ as we move forward into next week.......

Ease of Movement Yoga Therapy had an intimate and connected Grand Opening.  I got to meet some wonderful people.  There were certainly a few people who supported me to make it happen as I am still not completely all there in my melon yet (brain).  It takes a village in a great number of the things we do in this world.  It's refreshing to have support and love from those around you.

We still continue to improve the look and feel of the space where we practice yoga.  My husband is a kind and generous man with his continued support.  If you know of anyone or have been around someone with Concussion Syndrome or a TBI, it's with great love and patience that those who support us not only understand our language but speak it with us.  And trust me it ain't easy for anyone involved.  There are several of you that have stood beside me for awhile now with love and support in deep friendship and are family to me.  You know who you are........

We are coming off a few holidays coming into this next week.  Cinqo De Mayo and Buddha's Birthday.  My mother was surrounded by Buddhism in Richmond, BC and was deeply entrenched in Traditional Chinese Medicine with her private practice before she retired.  Not once did I ever realize this was Buddha's birthday.  I seem to learn something new everyday!  And maybe it's just relearning...... (too soon?........I'm the one with the smacked melon.  Gotta laugh about it).

You may see postcards around town with my studio name and QR code on it.  (The flip side is a good friend of mine who is an incredible therapist. She's been a great help to me in this journey)  The QR code is a quick easy way to pull up my website.  I've been working on it for quite some time now.  These things take time and trial and error to get built perfectly.  Thankfully, this ain't my first rodeo.

In the coming weeks, I look forward to seeing many new faces in the studio.  You'll get used to my quirky southern quip.  I grew up as a Canadian in 'The South'.  Sometimes I say 'eh' and sometimes I say, 'Y'all'........  Either way..... let's yoga in a way that allows our nervous systems to settle and trust our direction.  Practice for longevity!  See you in the yoga room........
